Scheme of Examination:
Scheme of examination for the vacancies of
Stenographers, Junior Assistants/ Paid Apprentice, Driver and Group D Posts are
as follows:
1. Stenographer
Grade-III
The selection process shall include the following
two stages: -
1. Stage-I (Written
Examination): There will be one common offline written examination (objective
type on OMR sheet) which consists of 100 objective type questions
2. Stage-II- PART ‘A’
(Type Test on Computer): Hindi & English Type Test on Computer for the post
of Stenographer Gr.-III shall be held on the date to be notified after the
declaration of the result of Stage-I (Written Examination). The candidates will
be provided a passage of approximately 250 words for Hindi Type Test, to be
typed within 10 minutes on computer. Similarly, the candidates will be provided
a passage of approximately 300 words, for English Type Test, to be typed within
10 minutes on computer.
3. Stage-II- PART ‘B’
(Stenography Test): For Hindi Stenography Test, the candidates will be given a
text of 400 words (with a speed of 80 w.p.m.) in Shorthand dictated in 5
minutes. The candidate would have to transcribe the dictated matter on computer
within 30 minutes. Similarly, for English Stenography Test, the candidates will
be given a text of 500 words (with a speed of 100 w.p.m.) in Shorthand dictated
in 5 minutes. The candidates would have to transcribe the dictated matter on
computer within 30 minutes.
4. Interview shall not be
the part of selection process.

& Part ‘B’ shall be conducted on the same day.
· The candidate should
secure at least 10 marks out of 25 marks in the Type Test on Computer for both
English and Hindi Typing respectively. The candidate securing less than 10
marks in any of the typing test either English or Hindi shall not be considered
eligible for final selection.
· The Selection Committee
has discretion to fix minimum qualifying marks in any or all parts of papers in
both the stages i.e. in Stage-I (Written Examination) and Stage-II (Part A
& B).
2. Junior
Assistant & Paid Apprentices Category ‘C’ (Clerical Cadre) post
The selection procedure shall include the following
two stages: -
1. Stage-I
(Written Examination): There will be one common offline written examination
(objective type on OMR sheet) which consists of 100 objective type questions.
2. Stage-II
(Type Test on Computer): Hindi & English Type Test on Computer for the post
of Category 'C' (Clerical cadre) shall be held on the date to be notified after
the declaration of the result of Stage-I (Written Examination). The candidate
will be provided a passage of approximately 250 words for Hindi Type Test, to
be typed within 10 minutes on computer. Similarly, candidates will be provided

1. Stage-I:
Offline Written Examination. This test shall consist of 100 objective type
questions to be answered on OMR sheet.
2. Stage-II:
Technical Driving Test. On the basis of the performance in the Stage-I (Written
Examination) candidates shall be shortlisted category and sub-category wise,
three times in number of the advertised vacancies to appear in Stage-II
(Technical Driving Test) examination. The Stage-II (Technical Driving Test)
examination shall comprise of two tests: - Test 'A' – Signage Test (Test of
Road Signs) and Test 'B' – The Driving Test. The candidates will have to clear
the Stage-II (Technical Driving Test) examination to the satisfaction of the
Selecting/Appointing authority.
3. The
Selection Committee has discretion to fix minimum qualifying marks in any or
all parts of papers in both the stages i.e. in Stage-I (Written Examination)
and Stage-II (Technical Driving Test).
4. Interview
shall not be part of the selection process.

Test to the Selecting / Technical satisfaction of the Appointing authority. |

· The Selection Committee

4. Category
‘D’ Posts
The selection procedure shall include the following
two stages: -
1. Stage-I
Written Examination: - Open competitive examination (offline) will be held at
various districts of Uttar Pradesh. This test shall consist of 100 objective
type questions to be answered on OMR sheet. Five candidates in order of merit
of Stage-I (Written Examination) shall be shortlisted category/sub
category-wise against each notified vacancy for appearing in Stage-II (Written
Examination) which will be conducted on a later date.
2. Stage-II
Written Examination: - On the basis of marks scored in Stage-I (Written
Examination) five candidates against each vacancy category/sub category-wise
shall be shortlisted to participate in Stage-II (Written Examination). This
test shall also be objective type consisting 100 questions to be answered on
OMR sheets.
3. Interview
shall not be the part of selection process.

Steps
to apply:
· Register for Online
Registration using your own Email ID and Mobile No. and note down system
generated Registration Number.
· Complete the Online
Application Form and note down the system generated Registration Number.
· Upload legible scanned
images of: (i) a recent photograph (in jpg/ jpeg file, size 10Kb–200Kb); (ii)
candidate’s signature (file size: 4kb-30kb); (iii) Left hand thumb impression
(file size:10kb- 200kb);
· Pay prescribed fee
online through Net Banking/Debit Card/Credit Card
· After the submission of Online Application
Form (i.e. successful completion of Step-4), Confirmation Page of the
Application Form, should be downloaded and a printout of the same may be
retained for future reference. The Confirmation Page of the online Application
Form could be generated only after successful payment by the Candidate.
Note:
· The final submission of
Online Application Form will remain incomplete if Step - 2 Step– 3 and Step-4
are not completed, such Application Forms will stand rejected and no
correspondence on this account will be entertained
· The entire application
process is online, including uploading of scanned images, Payment of Fees and
Printing of Confirmation page.
· All the candidates who
have submitted the online Application and paid the Examination fee till last
date will be allowed to appear for the examination and their admit cards will
be uploaded on the website as per schedule.

· Candidates belonging to
reserved category shall have to pay requisite fee according to their respective
category. SC/ST of other than Uttar Pradesh shall have to pay fee as prescribed
for General (UR)/EWS/OBC category candidates.
· Applicable
service/processing charges and other charges over and above the Examination
Fee, are payable by the candidate to the concerned Bank.
· NO PAYMENT THROUGH UNIFIED
