Pattern of Examination:
Computer Operator:
• The time allowed for the examination is 2 hours.
• There will be a total of 160 questions in this written examination, in which 1.25 marks are prescribed for each correct answer. The written exam will be of total 200 marks.

Computer Programmer:

• There will be a total of 160 questions in this written examination, in which 1.25 marks are prescribed for each correct answer. The written exam will be of total 200 marks and each part will be of 100 marks.

Educational Qualifications:
• Computer Operator:
1. 10+2 Intermediate Exam with PCM Subjects and O Level Exam Passed OR Diploma in Computer Application / IT / Electronics Engineering.

• Programmer Grade II:
1. Bachelor Degree in Any Stream with NIELIT "A" Level Exam OR Bachelor Degree in Science B.Sc in Computer Science / IT / Electronics with PGDCA.

Age limit:
• Computer Operator Post: 18-28 Years
• Programmer Grade II Post: 21-30 Years.
• Age Relaxation Extra as per UP Police PRPB Computer Operator & Programmer Grade II Recruitment 2023 Rules.
Documents Required:
• Applications must be submitted only in online mode at the official UP Police Computer Operator and Programmer Recruitment website i.e. https://uppbpb.gov.in
• Scanned images of the latest Photograph in JPEG format (20 KB to 50 KB). Image dimension of the photograph should be about 3.5 cm (width) x 4.5 cm (height).
• Scanned image of Signature in JPEG format (5 KB to 20 KB). Image dimension should be about 3.5 cm (width) x 1.5 cm (height).
