1.‘Paryatan Parv- 2022’ kickstarted in Mumbai, with Union Minister of State for Tourism and Ports, Shipping and Waterways Shripad Yesso Naik inaugurating the three-day Tourism Festival at Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Vastu Sangrahalaya in Mumbai. As part of Iconic Week celebration of Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav, the Ministry of Tourism is organizing 'Paryatan Parv - 2022' (Tourism Festival) in Mumbai from 30th September to 2nd October, 2022.

Ø पर्यटन और बंदरगाह, जहाजरानी और जलमार्ग राज्य मंत्री श्रीपद येसो नाइक ने मुंबई में छत्रपति शिवाजी महाराज वास्तु संग्रहालय में तीन दिवसीय पर्यटन महोत्सव का उद्घाटन करने के साथ मुंबई में 'पर्यटन पर्व- 2022' की शुरुआत की है। आजादी का अमृत महोत्सव के प्रतिष्ठित सप्ताह समारोह के अंतर्गत, पर्यटन मंत्रालय 30 सितंबर से 2 अक्टूबर, 2022 तक मुंबई में 'पर्यटन पर्व - 2022' (पर्यटन महोत्सव) का आयोजन कर रहा है।

2. The Union Bank of India inaugurated the Ethical Hacking Lab at the Cyber Security Centre of Excellence (CCoE). The lab with cyber defence mechanism will protect the bank’s information system, digital assets, and channels, against potential cyber threats. The lab was inaugurated by the bank’s managing director and CEO A. Manimekhalai.

Ø यूनियन बैंक ऑफ इंडिया ने साइबर सिक्योरिटी सेंटर ऑफ एक्सीलेंस (सीसीओई) में एथिकल हैकिंग लैब का उद्घाटन किया है। साइबर रक्षा तंत्र वाली यह प्रयोगशाला, संभावित साइबर खतरों से बैंक की सूचना प्रणाली, डिजिटल संपत्ति और चैनलों की रक्षा करेगी। लैब का उद्घाटन बैंक के प्रबंध निदेशक और सीईओ ए. मणिमेखलाई ने किया है।

3. Senior advocate R. Venkataramani has been appointed as the new Attorney General (AG) of India by President Droupadi Murmu for a period of three years. Mr. Venkataramani will succeed K. K. Venugopal, whose term comes to end on September 30.

Ø वरिष्ठ अधिवक्ता आर. वेंकटरमणी  को राष्ट्रपति द्रौपदी मुर्मू द्वारा तीन वर्ष की अवधि के लिए भारत का नया महान्यायवादी नियुक्त किया गया है। श्री वेंकटरमणी, केके वेणुगोपाल का स्थान लेंगे, जिनका कार्यकाल 30 सितंबर को समाप्त हो गया है।

4. Saudi Arabia's King Salman bin Abdulaziz named his son and heir Prince Mohammed bin Salman as the kingdom's Prime Minister and his second son Prince Khalid as Defence Minister.

Ø सऊदी अरब के राजा सलमान बिन अब्दुलअज़ीज़ ने अपने बेटे और उत्तराधिकारी प्रिंस मोहम्मद बिन सलमान को राज्य के प्रधानमंत्री और उनके दूसरे बेटे प्रिंस खालिद को रक्षा मंत्री के रूप में नामित किया है।

5. The International Maritime Organization (IMO) observes World Maritime Day in the last week of September, preferably on the last Thursday of the month. This year, it will be observed on September 29. The theme for World Maritime Day 2022 is ‘New technologies for greener shipping’ - which reflects the need to support a “green transition of the maritime sector into a sustainable future while leaving no one behind.”

7. One of India's top public sector banks, Bank of Baroda (Bank), has announced the start of its annual holiday campaign, "Khushiyon ka Tyohaar," which includes a number of deals. The bank will provide appealing interest rates on house loans and auto loans during this campaign, in addition to waiving/discounting processing fees and other advantages.

8. Observed annually on October 1, World Vegetarian Day is celebrated so that people can be made aware of the humanitarian benefits of a vegetarian diet and its ensuing health benefits. It was in 1977, when World Vegetarian Day was founded by the North American Vegetarian Society (NAVS). Taking a step further, the International Vegetarian Union endorsed the World Vegetarian Day in 1978. In fact, the entire month of October is ‘Month of Vegetarian Food’ — an event which was started by the International Vegetarian Union.

9. Uttar Pradesh has been awarded Ayushmann Utkrishta award 2022 for adding various health facilities to health facility register. Uttar Pradesh is the best performing state in the country with 28728 Health facilities added to National health facility register. Also, the state is the second-best State in creating Ayushmann Bharat health account (ABHA) with almost 2 crores ABH Accounts.

Ø स्वास्थ्य सुविधा रजिस्टर में विभिन्न स्वास्थ्य सुविधाओं को जोड़ने के लिए उत्तर प्रदेश को आज आयुष्मान उत्कृष्ट पुरस्कार 2022 से सम्मानित किया गया है। राष्ट्रीय स्वास्थ्य सुविधा रजिस्टर में 28728 स्वास्थ्य सुविधाओं को शामिल करने के साथ उत्तर प्रदेश देश में सबसे अच्छा प्रदर्शन करने वाला राज्य है। साथ ही लगभग 2 करोड़ ABH खातों के साथ आयुष्मान भारत स्वास्थ्य खाता (ABHA) बनाने में उत्तर प्रदेश राज्य दूसरा सबसे अच्छा राज्य है।

10. The Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India (IBBI) is celebrating its Sixth Annual Day on 1st October, 2022. The Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India was established on 1st October, 2016 under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 (Code). It is a key pillar of the ecosystem responsible for implementation of the Code that consolidates and amends the laws relating to reorganization and insolvency resolution of corporate persons, partnership firms and individuals in a time bound manner for maximization of the value of assets of such persons, to promote entrepreneurship, availability of credit and balance the interests of all the stakeholders.

Ø भारतीय दिवाला और शोधन अक्षमता बोर्ड (IBBI) 1 अक्टूबर, 2022 को अपना छठा वार्षिक दिवस मना रहा है। भारतीय दिवाला और शोधन अक्षमता बोर्ड की स्थापना 1 अक्टूबर, 2016 को दिवाला और शोधन अक्षमता संहिता, 2016 (कोड) के अंतर्गत की गई थी। यह संहिता के कार्यान्वयन के लिए जिम्मेदार पारिस्थितिकी तंत्र का एक प्रमुख स्तंभ है, जो ऐसे व्यक्तियों की संपत्ति के मूल्य को अधिकतम करने के लिए समयबद्ध तरीके से कॉर्पोरेट व्यक्तियों, साझेदारी फर्मों और व्यक्तियों के पुनर्गठन और दिवाला समाधान से संबंधित कानूनों को समेकित और संशोधित करता है।
