1.The three-day apex-level regional strategic dialogue of the Indian Navy, the “Indo-Pacific Regional Dialogue 2022” (IPRD-2022) began in New Delhi on 23 November 2022.  The IPRD is an annual international conference that seeks to foster exchange of ideas and promote deliberations on maritime issues relevant to the Indo-Pacific which, for India, stretches over a vast, predominantly maritime expanse from the eastern shore of Africa to the western shore of the Americas.

Ø भारतीय नौसेना का तीन दिवसीय शीर्ष-स्तरीय क्षेत्रीय रणनीतिक संवाद, "हिंद-प्रशांत क्षेत्रीय संवाद 2022" (IPRD-2022) 23 नवंबर 2022 को नई दिल्ली में प्रारम्भ हुआ है। IPRD एक वार्षिक अंतर्राष्ट्रीय सम्मेलन है, जिसका उद्देश्य; भारत के लिए विचारों के आदान-प्रदान को प्रोत्साहन देना और भारत-प्रशांत; जो अफ्रीका के पूर्वी तट से लेकर अमेरिका के पश्चिमी तट तक एक विशाल, मुख्य रूप से समुद्री विस्तार के रूप में फैला हुआ है, से संबंधित समुद्री मुद्दों पर विचार-विमर्श को बढ़ावा देना है।

2. Ferry Craft ‘Manjula’ (Yard 786) was launched by Shri Binod Kumar, IAS, Principal Secretary Transport, West Bengal on 23 Nov 22 at M/s Shalimar Works Ltd, Kolkata, West Bengal in presence of Cmde Indrajit Dasgupta, Warship Production Superintendent (Kolkata).  Six out of Seven Ferry Craft have already been delivered at Port Blair, Visakhapatnam and Mumbai. These Ferry Craft are being built with a service life of 25 years. The Ferry Craft will provide impetus to operational and logistics requirements of Indian Navy.

Ø फेरी क्राफ्ट 'मंजुला' (यार्ड 786); श्री बिनोद कुमार, आईएएस, प्रधान सचिव परिवहन, पश्चिम बंगाल द्वारा 23 नवंबर 22 को मैसर्स शालीमार वर्क्स लिमिटेड, कोलकाता, पश्चिम बंगाल में कमोडोर इंद्रजीत दासगुप्ता, युद्धपोत उत्पादन अधीक्षक की उपस्थिति में लॉन्च किया गया था। सात में से छह फेरी क्राफ्ट पहले ही पोर्ट ब्लेयर, विशाखापत्तनम और मुंबई में पहुंचाए जा चुके हैं। ये फेरी क्राफ्ट 25 वर्ष की सर्विस लाइफ के साथ बनाए जा रहे हैं। फेरी क्राफ्ट भारतीय नौसेना की परिचालन और रसद आवश्यकताओं को गति प्रदान करेगा।

3.Raksha Mantri Shri Rajnath Singh participated in the 9th ASEAN Defence Ministers’ Meeting (ADMM) Plus in Siem Reap, Cambodia on November 23, 2022. The ADMM Plus is an annual meeting of Defence Ministers of ten ASEAN countries and its eight dialogue partner countries, viz., India, USA, Russia, China, Australia, Japan, New Zealand and South Korea. The year 2022 also marks the 30th Anniversary of India-ASEAN relations.

Ø रक्षा मंत्री श्री राजनाथ सिंह ने 23 नवंबर, 2022 को सिएम रीप, कंबोडिया में 9वीं आसियान रक्षा मंत्रियों की बैठक (एडीएमएम) प्लस में भाग लिया है। एडीएमएम प्लस दस आसियान देशों और इसके आठ संवाद सहयोगी देशों, भारत, अमेरिका, रूस, चीन, ऑस्ट्रेलिया, जापान, न्यूजीलैंड और दक्षिण कोरिया के रक्षा मंत्रियों की एक वार्षिक बैठक है। वर्ष 2022 भारत-आसियान संबंधों की 30वीं वर्षगांठ भी है।

4.India carried out a successful training launch of an Intermediate Range Ballistic Missile, Agni-3 from APJ Abdul Kalam Island, Odisha on November 23, 2022. The successful test was part of routine user training launches carried out under the aegis of the Strategic Forces Command. The launch was carried out for a predetermined range and validated all operational parameters of the system.

Ø भारत ने 23 नवंबर, 2022 को एपीजे अब्दुल कलाम द्वीप, ओडिशा से एक इंटरमीडिएट रेंज बैलिस्टिक मिसाइल, अग्नि -3 का सफल प्रशिक्षण लॉन्च किया है। सफल परीक्षण सामरिक बल कमांड के तत्वावधान में किए गए नियमित उपयोगकर्ता प्रशिक्षण लॉन्च का हिस्सा था।  यह लॉन्च, एक पूर्व निर्धारित सीमा के लिए किया गया था और सिस्टम के सभी परिचालन मापदंडों को इसके द्वारा मान्य किया गया है।

5.The Anamalai Tiger Reserve (ATR) has launched ‘jumbo trails’, a programme aimed to educate visitors to the tiger reserve about elephants, the flora, and fauna of ATR and the aboriginal tribes who live in the hills. The first jumbo trail will happen on November 26. The jumbo trails start at ‘Anamalaiyagam’, a newly-established forest interpretation centre at Sethumadai.

Ø अन्नामलाई टाइगर रिज़र्व (एटीआर) ने 'जंबो ट्रेल्स' लॉन्च किया है, जिसका उद्देश्य टाइगर रिज़र्व में आने वाले लोगों को हाथियों, वनस्पतियों और एटीआर के जीवों और पहाड़ियों में रहने वाली आदिवासी जनजातियों के बारे में शिक्षित करना है। पहला जंबो ट्रेल 26 नवंबर को होगा। जंबो ट्रेल्स सेथुमदई में एक नव-स्थापित वन व्याख्या केंद्र 'अनामलाईगाम' से प्रारम्भ हो रहा है।

6. Russia for the first time became the biggest fertilizer supplier to India in the first half of the 2022-23 fiscal. India's fertilizer imports from Russia surged 371% to a record 2.15 million tonnes in the first six months of the year started on April 1. In value terms, India's imports during the period spiked 765% to $1.6 billion. In the last entire fiscal year India imported 1.26 million tonnes from Russia.

Ø रूस पहली बार 2022-23 वित्तीय वर्ष की पहली छमाही में भारत के लिए सबसे बड़ा उर्वरक आपूर्तिकर्ता बन गया है। 1 अप्रैल को प्रारम्भ हुए वर्ष के पहले छह माह में रूस से भारत का उर्वरक आयात 371% बढ़कर रिकॉर्ड 2.15 मिलियन टन हो गया है। मूल्य के आधार पर, इस अवधि के दौरान भारत का आयात 765% बढ़कर 1.6 बिलियन डॉलर हो गया है। पिछले पूरे वित्त वर्ष में भारत ने रूस से 12.6 लाख टन का आयात किया था।

7.     ICICI Bank launched two new products- Loan against Deposits (LAD) and Dollar Bonds for its NRI customers at its branch in GIFT City, the Gujarat-based emerging global financial and IT services hub. ICICI Bank is the first bank to offer these products in GIFT City. Besides, the GIFT City branch also offers various deposit accounts like current account, savings account and term deposits to its NRI customers.

Ø आईसीआईसीआई बैंक ने गुजरात स्थित उभरते वैश्विक वित्तीय और आईटी सेवा केंद्र, गिफ्ट सिटी में अपनी शाखा में अपने एनआरआई ग्राहकों के लिए दो नए उत्पाद- लोन अगेंस्ट डिपॉजिट (एलएडी) और डॉलर बॉन्ड लॉन्च किए हैं। आईसीआईसीआई बैंक, गिफ्ट सिटी में इन उत्पादों की पेशकश करने वाला पहला बैंक है। इसके साथ ही, GIFT सिटी शाखा अपने NRI ग्राहकों को चालू खाता, बचत खाता और सावधि जमा जैसे विभिन्न जमा खाते भी प्रदान करती है।

8.Karnataka Vikas Grameena Bank (KVGB) has bagged the national award from Pension Fund regulatory and Development Authority (PFRDA) for significant enrolment under Atal Pension Yojana (APY). At present, the bank has 629 branches in the nine districts from Vijayapura to Mangaluru.

Ø कर्नाटक विकास ग्रामीण बैंक (KVGB) ने अटल पेंशन योजना (APY) के अंतर्गत महत्वपूर्ण नामांकन के लिए पेंशन फंड नियामक और विकास प्राधिकरण (PFRDA) से राष्ट्रीय पुरस्कार प्राप्त किया है। वर्तमान में, विजयपुरा से मंगलुरु तक नौ जिलों में इस बैंक की 629 शाखाएं हैं।

9.Recently, Rasna founder and Chairman Areez Pirojshaw Khambatta, who had contributed immensely to the Indian industry and business, passed away on Saturday. Known for creating the iconic home-grown beverage brand, Khambatta created affordable soft drink packs of Rasna in the 1970s as an alternative to soft drink products sold at high costs.

Ø रसना के संस्थापक और अध्यक्ष आरिज पिरोजशॉ खंबाटा, जिन्होंने भारतीय उद्योग और व्यापार में अत्यधिक योगदान दिया था, का हाल ही में निधन हो गया है। प्रतिष्ठित देसी पेय ब्रांड बनाने के लिए प्रख्यात, खंबाटा ने 1970 के दशक में उच्च लागत पर बेचे जाने वाले शीतल पेय उत्पादों के एक विकल्प के रूप में रसना के किफायती शीतल पेय पैक बनाए थे।

10.The historic Cuttack Baliyatra has found a place in the Guinness World Records after achieving a feat of making 22,000 paper boats in 35 minutes.More than 2,100 students of 22 schools made the paper boats and created the world record at an event organised at Barabati Stadium. The headquarters of the Guinness World Records in London was contacted for an attempt to make 10,000 paper boats in just 15 minutes.

Ø ऐतिहासिक कटक बालयात्रा को 35 मिनट में 22,000 कागज की नाव बनाने की उपलब्धि प्राप्त करके गिनीज वर्ल्ड रिकॉर्ड में स्थान प्राप्त हुआ है। 22 स्कूलों के 2,100 से अधिक छात्रों ने कागज की नाव बनाकर बाराबती स्टेडियम में आयोजित एक कार्यक्रम में विश्व रिकॉर्ड बनाया है। केवल 15 मिनट में 10,000 कागज की नाव बनाने के प्रयास के लिए लंदन में गिनीज वर्ल्ड रिकॉर्ड्स के मुख्यालय से संपर्क किया गया था।
