1.Union Minister for Social Justice and Empowerment Dr. Virendra Kumar inaugurates the Divya Kala Mela in Kartavya Path at India Gate, Delhi. The Divya Kala Mela will be held from 2nd to 7th December and it’s aims to provide a great platform for the products and craftsmanship of Divyang artisans, craftsmen and artisans from across the country. four finance corporations under this ministry, NHFDC, NBCFDC, NSFDC and NSKDFC provide financial assistance under term loan schemes and micro finance schemes to the artisans through various channel partners.

Ø केंद्रीय सामाजिक न्याय और अधिकारिता मंत्री डॉ. वीरेंद्र कुमार ने दिल्ली के इंडिया गेट पर कर्तव्य पथ में दिव्य कला मेले का उद्घाटन किया है। दिव्य कला मेला 2 से 7 दिसंबर तक आयोजित किया जाएगा और इसका उद्देश्य देश भर के दिव्यांग कारीगरों, शिल्पकारों और कारीगरों के उत्पादों और शिल्प कौशल के लिए एक बड़ा मंच प्रदान करना है। इस मंत्रालय के अंतर्गत चार वित्त निगम, NHFDC, NBCFDC, NSFDC और NSKDFC विभिन्न चैनल भागीदारों के माध्यम से कारीगरों को सावधि ऋण योजनाओं और सूक्ष्म वित्त योजनाओं के अंतर्गत वित्तीय सहायता प्रदान करते हैं।

2.Shri.Hansraj Gangaram Ahir assumed charge as Chairperson, National Commission for Backward Classes. He belongs to District Chandrapur, State of Maharashtra. He is an Agriculturist by profession. Shri.Hansraj Gangaram Ahir had been elected four times Member of Parliament from Parliamentary Constituency Chandrapur, Maharashtra and also, he was Member of Maharashtra Legislative Council.  

Ø श्री हंसराज गंगाराम अहीर ने नई दिल्ली में राष्ट्रीय पिछड़ा वर्ग आयोग के अध्यक्ष का पदभार ग्रहण किया है । वह महाराष्ट्र राज्य के चंद्रपुर जिले के निवासी हैं और पेशे से एक किसान हैं।श्री हंसराज गंगाराम अहीर महाराष्ट्र के लोकसभा निर्वाचन क्षेत्र चंद्रपुर से चार बार संसद सदस्य रह चुके हैं और वे महाराष्ट्र विधान परिषद के सदस्य भी रहे हैं।

3.     All India Radio will broadcast the annual Edition of Dr. Rajendra Prasad Memorial Lecture on Saturday, December 3, 2022. Lok Sabha Speaker Shri Om Birla will deliver the address.  Dr. Rajendra Prasad Memorial Lecture is organized by All lndia Radio in the memory of the first President of India, Dr. Rajendra Prasad who was an epitome of simplicity, a renowned scholar, President of the Constituent Assembly and a great visionary who had India and Indianness uppermost in his mind. The lecture series by AIR in his memory has been an honoured tradition since 1969.

Ø आकाशवाणी शनिवार, 3 दिसंबर, 2022 को डॉ. राजेंद्र प्रसाद स्मृति व्याख्यान के वार्षिक संस्करण का प्रसारण करेगा। यह व्याख्यान लोकसभा अध्यक्ष श्री ओम बिड़ला के द्वारा दिया जाएगा। डॉ. राजेंद्र प्रसाद स्मृति व्याख्यान का आयोजन आकाशवाणी द्वारा भारत के पहले राष्ट्रपति डॉ. राजेंद्र प्रसाद की स्मृति में किया जाता है, जो सादगी के एक प्रतीक, प्रसिद्ध विद्वान, संविधान सभा के अध्यक्ष एवं महान दूरदर्शी थे और जिन्होंने अपने मन में भारत और भारतीयता को सर्वोपरि रखा था। उनकी स्मृति में आकाशवाणी द्वारा आयोजित इस व्याख्यानमाला की वर्ष 1969 से एक समृद्ध परंपरा रही है।

4.Ministry of Culture, Government of India in collaboration with “Swar Dharohar Foundation,” inaugurated three day “Swar Dharohar Festival” under Kalanjali. “Swar Dharohar Festival” is a Music, Art & Literature Festival to showcase the iconic art and culture of India and, the rich literary Art & Heritage of Indian States. Under Kalanjali, cultural programmes are being organised at Central Vista every week. The 3 days festival will continue to be organized on 3rd and 4th of December 2022 at the Central Vista, India Gate, New Delhi, Delhi.

Ø संस्कृति मंत्रालय, भारत सरकार ने "स्वर धरोहर फाउंडेशन" के सहयोग से कलंजलि के अंतर्गत तीन दिवसीय "स्वर धारोहर महोत्सव" का उद्घाटन किया है। "स्वर धरोहर महोत्सव" भारत की प्रतिष्ठित कला और संस्कृति और भारतीय राज्यों की समृद्ध साहित्यिक कला और विरासत को प्रदर्शित करने के लिए एक संगीत, कला और साहित्य महोत्सव है। कलांजलि के अंतर्गत सेंट्रल विस्टा में प्रत्येक सप्ताह सांस्कृतिक कार्यक्रम आयोजित किए जा रहे हैं। 3 दिवसीय उत्सव का आयोजन 3 और 4 दिसंबर 2022 को सेंट्रल विस्टा, इंडिया गेट, नई दिल्ली, दिल्ली में किया जाएगा।

5. Indian Naval Ships, Shivalik and Kamorta which are forward deployed in the South China Sea are in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. The ships would be undertaking numerous professional interactions with the Vietnam People's Navy during the visit. The visit is part of the bilateral defence cooperation activities to further enhance the robust ties between the two navies as also to mark the 50th anniversary of diplomatic relations between India and Vietnam. Earlier this year, two Indian Naval Ships, Sahyadri and Kadmatt had also visited Ho Chi Minh City. 

Ø भारतीय नौसेना के युद्धपोत शिवालिक और कमोर्टा जो दक्षिण चीन सागर में तैनात हैं, वे वर्तमान में द्विपक्षीय रक्षा सहयोग आयोजनों के लिए वियतनाम के हो ची मिन्ह सिटी की यात्रा पर हैं। अपनी यात्रा के दौरान ये दोनों नौसैन्य पोत वियतनाम पीपुल्स नेवी के साथ कई व्यावसायिक गतिविधियां एवं बातचीत करेंगे। यह दौरा दोनों नौसेनाओं के बीच मजबूत संबंधों को और आगे बढ़ाने के साथ-साथ भारत तथा वियतनाम के बीच राजनयिक संबंधों की 50वीं वर्षगांठ के अवसर को मनाने के लिए द्विपक्षीय रक्षा सहयोग गतिविधियों का हिस्सा है। इस वर्ष की शुरुआत में भी भारतीय नौसेना के दो युद्धपोत सह्याद्री और कदमत्त ने हो ची मिन्ह सिटी का दौरा किया था।

6. It is the second time in its two-year tenure as an elected member of the UN Security Council that India has assumed the Presidency of the Council. India had earlier assumed the Presidency of the UNSC in August 2021.Also, bust of Mahatma Gandhi will be inaugurated at the United Nations during India’s Presidency of the UN Security Council and it will be unveiled by External Affairs Minister Dr S Jaishankar and UN Secretary-General Antonio Gutteres. 

Ø संयुक्त राष्ट्र सुरक्षा परिषद के निर्वाचित सदस्य के रूप में अपने दो वर्ष के कार्यकाल में यह दूसरी बार है जब भारत ने परिषद की अध्यक्षता ग्रहण की है। भारत ने पहले अगस्त 2021 में यूएनएससी की अध्यक्षता ग्रहण की थी। संयुक्त राष्ट्र सुरक्षा परिषद की भारत की अध्यक्षता के दौरान संयुक्त राष्ट्र में महात्मा गांधी की प्रतिमा का उद्घाटन किया जाएगा और इसका अनावरण विदेश मंत्री डॉ. एस जयशंकर और संयुक्त राष्ट्र सचिव - जनरल एंटोनियो गुटेरेस करेंगे।

7.As part of the National Milk Day celebrations, Animal Quarantine Certification Services was organised in Bengaluru. AQCS, Bangalore was initiated in August 2009, and the station has been functioning from the airport satellite office at Alpha 3, Kempegowda International airport, Bengaluru, Karnataka.

Ø राष्ट्रीय दुग्ध दिवस समारोह के अंतर्गत, बेंगलुरु में पशु संगरोध प्रमाणन सेवा का आयोजन किया गया है। पशु संगरोध प्रमाणन सेवा (AQCS), बेंगलुरु को अगस्त 2009 में प्रारम्भ किया गया था, और यह स्टेशन अल्फा 3, केम्पेगौड़ा अंतर्राष्ट्रीय हवाई अड्डे, बेंगलुरु, कर्नाटक में हवाई अड्डे के अतिरिक्त कार्यालय से कार्य कर रहा है।

8. GST revenue collection in November 2022 was over one lakh 45 thousand crore rupees. This is the straight ninth month when the monthly GST revenue collection is more than one lakh 40 thousand crore rupees. Finance Ministry said, GST revenue collection in the month of November 2022 has registered a growth of 11 percent in comparison to corresponding month of the last year. It said, more than one lakh 31 thousand crore rupees worth of GST collection were made in November 2021.

Ø जीएसटी राजस्व संग्रह नवंबर 2022 में एक लाख 45 हजार करोड़ रुपये से अधिक राशि के रूप में प्राप्त हुआ है । यह लगातार नौवां माह है, जब मासिक जीएसटी राजस्व संग्रह एक लाख 40 हजार करोड़ रुपये से अधिक है। वित्त मंत्रालय के अनुसार नवंबर 2022 के माह में जीएसटी राजस्व संग्रह में पिछले वर्ष के इसी माह की तुलना में 11 प्रतिशत की वृद्धि दर्ज की गई है। नवंबर 2021 में एक लाख 31 हजार करोड़ रुपये से अधिक का जीएसटी संग्रह किया गया था।

9.  President Droupadi Murmu will be the Chief Guest at a ceremony to celebrate the ‘International Day of Persons with Disabilities’ in Delhi today, December 3. The event is being organized by the Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment. President Murmu will confer the annual National Awards on individuals, institutions, organizations, and states and districts for their outstanding achievements and work towards the empowerment of Persons with Disabilities. The National Awards for the Empowerment of Persons with Disabilities for the year 2021 and 2022, are being given under various categories including Sarvshresth Divyangjan, Shresth Divyangjan and Shresth Divyang Bal/Balika.

Ø राष्ट्रपति द्रौपदी मुर्मू, 3 दिसंबर को दिल्ली में 'विकलांग व्यक्तियों का अंतर्राष्ट्रीय दिवस' मनाने के लिए एक समारोह में मुख्य अतिथि के रूप में शामिल होंगी। यह कार्यक्रम सामाजिक न्याय और अधिकारिता मंत्रालय द्वारा आयोजित किया जा रहा है। राष्ट्रपति मुर्मू व्यक्तियों, संस्थानों, संगठनों और राज्यों और जिलों को उनकी उत्कृष्ट उपलब्धियों और विकलांग व्यक्तियों के सशक्तिकरण की दिशा में काम करने के लिए वार्षिक राष्ट्रीय पुरस्कार प्रदान करेंगी। वर्ष 2021 और 2022 के लिए विकलांग व्यक्तियों के सशक्तिकरण के लिए राष्ट्रीय पुरस्कार, सर्वश्रेष्ठ दिव्यांगजन, श्रेष्ठ दिव्यांगजन और श्रेष्ठ दिव्यांग बाल/बालिका सहित विभिन्न श्रेणियों के अंतर्गत दिए जा रहे हैं। 

10. The RBI said it has decided to adopt a simple four-tiered regulatory framework for Urban Co-operative Banks (UCBs) based on size of deposits, with an aim to strengthen their financial soundness. An expert committee, headed by former RBI deputy governor N S Vishwanathan, had made a host of recommendations for strengthening the UCBs. The committee had recommended a four-tiered regulatory framework based on size of deposits of the banks and their area of operations, among other suggestions.

Ø भारतीय रिजर्व बैंक ने शहरी सहकारी बैंकों (यूसीबी) की वित्तीय सुदृढ़ता को मजबूत करने के उद्देश्य से जमा के आकार के आधार पर उनके लिए एक सरल चार-स्तरीय नियामक ढांचा अपनाने का निर्णय लिया है। आरबीआई के पूर्व डिप्टी गवर्नर एनएस विश्वनाथन की अध्यक्षता वाली एक विशेषज्ञ समिति ने यूसीबी को सशक्त बनाने के लिए कई सिफारिशें की थीं। समिति ने अन्य सुझावों के अतिरिक्त, बैंकों की जमाराशियों के आकार और उनके संचालन के क्षेत्र के आधार पर चार-स्तरीय नियामक ढांचे की अनुशंसा की थी।
