1.     The curtain raiser event of 36th National Games will be held at the EKA Arena TransStadia in Ahmedabad. Over 9,000 distinguished guests from across the state are expected to attend the glittering ceremony. The curtain-raiser event will witness the unveiling of the Games Anthem and Mascot, as well as a custom-curated website and mobile application, marking the beginning of the biggest sporting extravaganza in the country.

Ø 36वें राष्ट्रीय खेलों का पूर्वावलोकन कार्यक्रम, अहमदाबाद के ईकेए एरिना ट्रांसस्टेडिया में आयोजित किया जाएगा। इस भव्य समारोह में राज्य भर से 9,000 से अधिक गणमान्य व्यक्तियों के शामिल होने की उम्मीद है। पूर्वावलोकन कार्यक्रम में खेल के शुभंकर और गान के शुभारम्भ के साथ-साथ एक विशिष्ट वेबसाइट और मोबाइल एप्लिकेशन का अनावरण भी किया जाएगा तथा यह देश के सबसे बड़े खेल आयोजन की शुरुआत होगी।

2.     Ministry of Culture will organize the inaugural programme of the year-long commemoration of the Hyderabad Liberation Day, on 17th September 2022. The Government of India has approved the yearlong commemoration of the "Hyderabad Liberation Day" for the period 17th September, 2022 to 17th September,2023.

Ø संस्कृति मंत्रालय 17 सितंबर 2022 को हैदराबाद मुक्ति दिवस के वर्ष-पर्यंत चलने वाले स्मरण उत्सव के उद्घाटन कार्यक्रम का आयोजन करेगा। भारत सरकार ने 17 सितंबर, 2022 से 17 सितंबर, 2023 तक चलने वाले 'हैदराबाद मुक्ति दिवस' के वर्ष-पर्यंत लंबे स्मृति उत्सव को स्वीकृति प्रदान कर दी है।

3.     Prime Minister Narendra Modi condoled the demise of former Tata Sons chairman Cyrus Mistry and said his passing away was a big loss to the world of commerce and industry. Mistry, 54, was killed in a road accident on Sunday after his car hit a divider in Maharashtra's Palghar district.

Ø प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी ने टाटा संस के पूर्व अध्यक्ष साइरस मिस्त्री के निधन पर शोक व्यक्त किया और कहा कि उनका निधन वाणिज्य और उद्योग की दुनिया के लिए एक बड़ी क्षति है। 54 वर्षीय मिस्त्री की रविवार को एक सड़क दुर्घटना में मौत हो गई, जब उनकी कार महाराष्ट्र के पालघर जिले में  एक डिवाइडर से टकरा गई।

4.     With an aim to support growth stage startups in manufacturing and sustainability-related sectors, the Karnataka government launched - the Global Startup Challenge – VentuRISE. VentuRISE will be a part of the Global Investors Meet - Invest Karnataka 2022, which will be held from 2 - 4 November in Bengaluru. The global challenge will help entrepreneurs across the globe with a platform to showcase their innovative products or solutions and connect with potential investors.

Ø विनिर्माण और स्थिरता से संबंधित क्षेत्रों में विकास चरण के स्टार्टअप का समर्थन करने के उद्देश्य से, कर्नाटक सरकार ने एक ग्लोबल स्टार्टअप चैलेंज; वेंटुराइज लॉन्च किया है। VentuRISE; ग्लोबल इन्वेस्टर्स मीट - इन्वेस्ट कर्नाटक 2022 का एक भाग होगा, जो 2 से 4 नवंबर तक बेंगलुरु में आयोजित किया जाएगा। वैश्विक चुनौती विश्व भर के उद्यमियों को अपने अभिनव उत्पादों या समाधानों को प्रदर्शित करने और संभावित निवेशकों से जुड़ने के लिए एक मंच प्रदान करते हुए सहायता प्रदान करेगी।

5.     Institute of Integrated Learning in Management (IILM) University, Greater Noida has launched the first National Education Policy (NEP 2020) compliant law school in the country with the aim to elevate the legal education system of India. The school has been launched with the approval of the Government of Uttar Pradesh and the recognition of the Bar Council of India (BCI).

Ø इंस्टीट्यूट ऑफ इंटीग्रेटेड लर्निंग इन मैनेजमेंट (IILM) यूनिवर्सिटी, ग्रेटर नोएडा ने भारत की कानूनी शिक्षा प्रणाली को ऊंचा करने के उद्देश्य से देश में पहला राष्ट्रीय शिक्षा नीति (NEP 2020) अनुपालन लॉ स्कूल प्रारम्भ किया है। स्कूल को उत्तर प्रदेश सरकार की स्वीकृति और बार काउंसिल ऑफ इंडिया (बीसीआई) की मान्यता के साथ लॉन्च किया गया है।

6.     Odisha Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik disbursed Rs 869 crore for the state’s 41.85 lakh farmers, under its KALIA scheme, and assured them of additional aid for crop losses suffered in the recent floods. An amount of Rs 2,000 each was directly transferred to the bank accounts of 41 lakh small and marginal farmers and other 85,000 landless farmers in Odisha under the Krushak Assistance for Livelihood and Income Augmentation (KALIA) scheme for Rabi crop.

Ø ओडिशा के मुख्यमंत्री नवीन पटनायक ने कालिया योजना के अंतर्गत राज्य के 41.85 लाख किसानों के लिए 869 करोड़ रुपये का वितरण किया और उन्हें हाल में आई बाढ़ में फसल के नुकसान के लिए अतिरिक्त सहायता का आश्वासन दिया। रबी फसल के लिए आजीविका और आय वृद्धि (कालिया) योजना के लिए कृषक सहायता के अंतर्गत ओडिशा में 41 लाख छोटे और सीमांत किसानों और अन्य 85,000 भूमिहीन किसानों के बैंक खातों में सीधे 2,000 रुपये की राशि हस्तांतरित की गई।

7.     Apeksha Fernandes, the first Indian woman to reach the final of the World Junior Swimming Championships, finished eighth in the 200m women's butterfly summit clash in Lima, Peru.The 17-year-old clocked 2:19.14 to finish last in the eight-swimmer final.

Ø अपेक्षा फर्नांडीस, जो विश्व जूनियर तैराकी चैंपियनशिप के फाइनल में पहुंचने वाली पहली भारतीय महिला हैं, पेरू के लीमा में 200 मीटर महिला बटरफ्लाई शिखर सम्मेलन में आठवें स्थान पर रहीं। 17 वर्षीय अपेक्षा ने 2:19.14 के समय के साथ आठ-तैराक में अंतिम स्थान प्राप्त किया।

8.     Teachers’ Day or Shikshak Divas marks the birthday of the country’s first Vice President (1952–1962) who went on to become the second President of India (1962-1967), a scholar, philosopher, Bharat Ratna awardee, Dr Sarvapalli Radhakrishnan.

9.     The coffee giant Starbucks has appointed its new Indian-origin Chief Executive Officer, Laxman Narasimhan. He will join Starbucks on October 1, after replacing Howard Schultz who will continue as interim chief until April 2023.

10.Dr Mansukh Mandaviya, Union Minister for Health and Family Welfare virtually inaugurated the ‘Swasth Sabal Bharat’ Conclave in the presence of Shri Ganga Prasad, Hon’ble Governor of Sikkim. The purpose of the conclave was to discuss the present situation of body-organ-eye donation in India and find solutions to the challenges ahead in future.

Ø केंद्रीय स्वास्थ्य और परिवार कल्याण मंत्री डॉ मनसुख मंडाविया ने सिक्किम के माननीय राज्यपाल श्री गंगा प्रसाद की उपस्थिति में 'स्वस्थ सबल भारत' सम्मेलन का उद्घाटन किया। कॉन्क्लेव का उद्देश्य भारत में शरीर-अंग-नेत्र दान की वर्तमान स्थिति पर चर्चा करना और भविष्य में आने वाली चुनौतियों का समाधान खोजना था।
