1.     The Union Minister of Ayush and Ports, Shipping & Waterways Shri SarbanandaSonowal laid the foundation stone of the new complex of National Institute of Sowa Rigpa (NISR) at Saboo Thang area in Leh today. The new infrastructure of NISR will spruce unlock the huge potential that Sowa Rigpa has to offer in the country.

Ø केंद्रीय आयुष और बंदरगाह, नौवहन और जलमार्ग मंत्री श्री सर्बानंद सोनोवाल ने लेह के साबू थांग क्षेत्र में राष्ट्रीय सोवा रिग्पा संस्थान (एनआईएसआर) के नए परिसर की आधारशिला रखी है। एनआईएसआर का नया आधारभूत ढांचा देश में सोवा रिग्पा की अपार संभावनाओं को सृजित करेगा।

2.     Defence Research and Development Organisation (DRDO) and Indian Army have successfully completed six flight-tests of Quick Reaction Surface to Air Missile (QRSAM) system from Integrated Test Range (ITR) Chandipur off the Odisha coast. The flight-tests were carried out against high-speed aerial targets mimicking various types of threats to evaluate the capability of the weapon systems under different scenarios, including long range medium altitude, short range, high altitude manoeuvring target, low radar signature with receding & crossing target and salvo launch with two missiles fired in quick succession.

Ø रक्षा अनुसंधान और विकास संगठन (डीआरडीओ) और भारतीय सेना ने ओडीशा तट के निकट एकीकृत परीक्षण क्षेत्र, चांदीपुर से क्विक रियक्शन सर्फेस टू एयर मिसाइल प्रणाली की छह उड़ानों का सफल परीक्षण किया है। उड़ान परीक्षण उच्च गति वाले लक्ष्यों पर किया गया था। इसमें लंबी दूरी व मध्यम ऊंचाई वाले लक्ष्य, छोटी रेंज वाले लक्ष्य, ऊंचाई पर उड़ने वाले लक्ष्य, राडार पर आसानी से पकड़ में न आने वाले लक्ष्य शामिल थे। इन सबको ध्यान में रखते हुये तीव्रता के साथ दो मिसाइलों का परीक्षण किया गया।

3.     Union Minister of Education and Skill Development & Entrepreneurship Shri Dharmendra Pradhan today participated in the India Ideas Summit organised by the U.S-India Business Council and the US Chamber of Commerce, International Affairs, South Asia. The theme of the event was “Maximising the Next 75 years of U.S. – India Prosperity.”  CEOs and top management of American companies were present at the occasion.

Ø केंद्रीय शिक्षा और कौशल विकास व उद्यमिता मंत्री श्री धर्मेंद्र प्रधान ने यूएस-इंडिया बिजनेस काउंसिल और यूएस चैंबर ऑफ कॉमर्स, इंटरनेशनल अफेयर्स, दक्षिण एशिया द्वारा आयोजित इंडिया आइडियाज समिट में भाग लिया। इस आयोजन का विषय "अमेरिका- भारत की समृद्धि को अगले 75 वर्षों में अधिकतम करना” था। इस अवसर पर अमेरिकी कंपनियों के सीईओ और शीर्ष प्रबंधन उपस्थित थे।

4.     International Literacy Day is observed every year on September 8 to highlight the importance of literacy and to throw light on issues that exist and affect local communities around us. September 8 was proclaimed as International Literacy Day (ILD) by the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (Unesco) in 1966.

Ø साक्षरता के महत्व को उजागर करने और हमारे आसपास के स्थानीय समुदायों को प्रभावित करने वाले विषयों पर प्रकाश डालने के लिए प्रत्येक वर्ष 8 सितंबर को अंतर्राष्ट्रीय साक्षरता दिवस मनाया जाता है। वर्ष 1966 में संयुक्त राष्ट्र शैक्षिक, वैज्ञानिक और सांस्कृतिक संगठन (यूनेस्को) द्वारा 8 सितंबर को अंतर्राष्ट्रीय साक्षरता दिवस (ILD) के रूप में घोषित किया गया था।

5.     Mastercard on Monday announced its collaboration with the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) to broaden its strategic outreach to Indian audiences. During this association, Mastercard will be the title sponsor for all international matches (both women and men) held on home ground, domestic cricket matches like Irani Trophy, Duleep Trophy, and Ranji Trophy organized by the BCCI as also all junior cricket (Under 19 and Under 23) matches held in India.

Ø मास्टरकार्ड ने भारतीय दर्शकों के लिए अपनी रणनीतिक पहुंच को व्यापक बनाने के लिए भारतीय क्रिकेट कंट्रोल बोर्ड (बीसीसीआई) के साथ अपने सहयोग की घोषणा की है। इस समझौते के दौरान, मास्टरकार्ड घरेलू मैदान पर आयोजित सभी अंतरराष्ट्रीय मैचों (महिला और पुरुष दोनों), बीसीसीआई द्वारा आयोजित ईरानी ट्रॉफी, दलीप ट्रॉफी और रणजी ट्रॉफी जैसे घरेलू क्रिकेट मैचों के साथ-साथ भारत में आयोजित होने वाले सभी जूनियर क्रिकेट (अंडर 19 और अंडर 23) मैच के लिए शीर्षक प्रायोजक होगा ।

6.     Maharashtra, Andhra Pradesh and Gujarat have been ranked as the top three states among larger states in terms of the overall implementation of the Centre’s flagship Poshan Abhiyaan, according to a Niti Aayog report. Sikkim was the best performer among the small states. The report titled ‘Preserving Progress on Nutrition in India: Poshan Abhiyan in Pandemic Times’ further said that 12 out of 19 large states had an implementation score of over 70 per cent.

Ø नीति आयोग की एक रिपोर्ट के अनुसार, केंद्र के प्रमुख पोषण अभियान के समग्र कार्यान्वयन के सन्दर्भ में महाराष्ट्र, आंध्र प्रदेश और गुजरात को बड़े राज्यों में शीर्ष तीन राज्यों के रूप में स्थान दिया गया है। छोटे राज्यों में सिक्किम का प्रदर्शन सबसे अच्छा रहा। 'भारत में पोषण पर प्रगति का संरक्षण: महामारी के समय में पोषण अभियान' शीर्षक वाली रिपोर्ट में कहा गया है कि 19 बड़े राज्यों में से 12 का कार्यान्वयन स्कोर 70 प्रतिशत से अधिक था।

7.     The private sector lender HDFC Bank introduced a new SMS banking facility for its customers. The bank claims that now customers can access a wide range of banking services round-the-clock, 24/7 x 365 no matter where they are. With the new SMS banking facility, customers can now check account balances & summaries, apply for loans, manage credit cards, apply for chequebook requests, generate account statements and more.

Ø निजी क्षेत्र के ऋणदाता एचडीएफसी बैंक ने अपने ग्राहकों के लिए एक नई एसएमएस बैंकिंग सुविधा प्रारम्भ की है। बैंक के अनुसार अब ग्राहक 24 घंटे बैंकिंग सेवाओं की एक विस्तृत श्रृंखला का उपयोग कर सकते हैं, यद्यपि वह किसी भी स्थान पर हों। नई एसएमएस बैंकिंग सुविधा के साथ, ग्राहक अब खाते की शेष राशि और सारांश की जांच कर सकते हैं, ऋण के लिए आवेदन कर सकते हैं, क्रेडिट कार्ड प्रबंधित कर सकते हैं, चेकबुक अनुरोधों के लिए आवेदन कर सकते हैं, खाता विवरण तैयार कर सकते हैं और अन्य सुविधाएं प्राप्त कर सकते हैं।

8.     The Food Safety Standards Authority of India (FSSAI) has issued a five-star rating to Fatehgarh central jail, Farrukhabad, for the quality of food it serves its inmates. A third-party audit, empanelled by the FSSAI, provided the five-star "Eat Right Certificate" to the jail.

Ø भारतीय खाद्य सुरक्षा मानक प्राधिकरण (FSSAI) ने फतेहगढ़ केंद्रीय जेल, फर्रुखाबाद को अपने कैदियों को परोसे जाने वाले भोजन की गुणवत्ता के लिए पांच सितारा रेटिंग जारी की है। एफएसएसएआई द्वारा पैनल में शामिल एक तीसरे पक्ष के ऑडिट ने जेल को पांच सितारा "ईट राइट सर्टिफिकेट" प्रदान किया है।

9.     Bengaluru Space Expo is back for its 7th edition. Organized in association with ISRO, Indian National Space Promotion and Authorization Center (IN-SPACE) and NewSpace India Limited (NSIL) was hosted from 5-7 September 2022 at BIEC in Bengaluru.

Ø हाल ही में बेंगलुरु स्पेस एक्सपो के 7वें संस्करण का आयोजन किया गया था। ISRO, इंडियन नेशनल स्पेस प्रमोशन एंड ऑथराइजेशन सेंटर (IN-SPACE) और न्यूस्पेस इंडिया लिमिटेड (NSIL) के सहयोग से इसे 5-7 सितंबर 2022 से बेंगलुरु आयोजित किया गया था।

10.Union Minister Nitin Gadkari will inaugurate a three-day conference cum public Expo Manthan in Bengaluru to anchor discussions across multiple issues and opportunities in the infrastructure sector. The discussions will cover roads, new materials and technology, road safety, vehicle safety, alternate and future mobility, covering ropeways, multimodal logistics parks, Parvatmala and digital interventions, among others.

Ø 1केंद्रीय मंत्री नितिन गडकरी बेंगलुरू में तीन दिवसीय सम्मेलन सह सार्वजनिक एक्सपो मंथन का उद्घाटन करेंगे, जिसमें बुनियादी ढांचा क्षेत्र में विभिन्न मुद्दों और अवसरों पर चर्चा होगी। इस चर्चा में सड़क, नई सामग्री और प्रौद्योगिकी, सड़क सुरक्षा, वाहन सुरक्षा, वैकल्पिक और भविष्य की गतिशीलता, रोपवे, मल्टीमॉडल लॉजिस्टिक्स पार्क, पर्वतमाला और डिजिटल हस्तक्षेप जैसे विषय शामिल होंगे।
