Eligibility Criteria
Nationality: In order to be
eligible for SSC Selection Post Phase 9 Exam 2022, a candidate must be either:
(a) A citizen of India, or
(b) A citizen of Nepal, or
(c) A citizen of Bhutan, or
(d) A Tibetan refugee who
came over to India, before January 1, 1962, and then settled here
(e) A person of Indian origin who has
migrated from Pakistan Burma, Sri Lanka, East African Countries of Kenya, Uganda,
the United Republic of Tanzania, Zambia Malawi, Zaira, Ethiopia, and Vietnam
with then permanently settled in India.

SSC Selection Post 9
Selection Process
Selection of candidates for the SSC Selection
Post Phase 9 will be done on the basis of marks secured in the computer-based
test. This exam will comprise 100 objective-type questions carrying a total of
200 marks. Those candidates who will qualify this stage will be called for
document scrutiny.

2022 Salary
Salary for each post will differ from region
to region. However, the basic salary of the selected candidates will range
between Rs. 5200 to Rs. 34800, and the grade pay will be somewhere between Rs.
1900 to Rs. 4800.
SSC Selection Post Exam
Pattern
Tier 1 exam will consist of 100
multiple-choice questions. Each question will carry the weightage of 2 marks
and 0.50 marks will be deducted on giving a wrong answer. It will be divided
into four sections – General Intelligence, Quantitative Aptitude, English
Language and General Knowledge with 25 questions asked from each section.
Candidates will have an option to attempt the exam in either English or Hindi
language.
